The Type Assessment
Thirty-two questions covering the four dichotomies. There are no right answers -- pick the end of each pair that sounds more like you on an ordinary day.
Before you start
- 32 questions, roughly six minutes.
- Answer as you actually are, not as you would like to be, and not as you are at work.
- Go with your first instinct. Thinking hard about it makes the result worse, not better.
- The middle option is there for genuine neutrality — use it sparingly.
- Your answers save as you go, so you can stop and come back.
This is an original instrument built on Jungian type theory, which is public domain. It is not the MBTI, is not affiliated with the Myers & Briggs Foundation, and uses none of their questions.
