Privacy
Short version: we hold what you give us, we do not sell it, and you can delete all of it.
What we store
Your email address and a hashed password; your name, username and anything you put in your profile; your assessment answers and results; your birth date, time and place if you enter them; who your friends are; and a record of any payments.
Card details
We never see them. Card data goes from your browser straight to Square, and we only ever receive a token plus the last four digits and the card brand for your receipt.
Who can see your data
Your profile visibility is yours to set: private, friends only, or public. Compatibility reports are only ever visible to the two people involved, and only once you have accepted each other. Site administrators can see account and payment records, and every administrative action is logged.
Deleting your account
From your profile page. It removes your profile, results, charts, friendships and entitlements. Payment records are retained because we are required to keep financial records, but they are detached from your identity.
Birth data
Your birth time and place are sensitive. They are used only to calculate your chart, are never shared with a third party, and are never sent off this server.
